We hope you are hunkering down, staying safe, and remaining healthy!   As we are all settling into a new temporary reality, the rules seem to be changing daily in an attempt to stay ahead of the impact the Coronavirus will have on our collective immediate future.  

We at e2i are a small company that takes pride in providing a nice place for residents to call home.  We are made up of people just like you that are being affected by this pandemic. We are considered an essential service and here is what you can expect from us during the mandated NYS work from home order.

• We will be performing regular common area sanitizing.
• We are ready and available for emergency maintenance issues involving your access to heat, water, and plumbing. 
• We will be evaluating general maintenance issues on a case by case basis.  We will prioritize and complete these requests as soon as it is safe to do so.
• We will continue with regular rent collection at the beginning of each month. 

It is important to highlight that rent payments are due as normal.  Continuing to collect rent allows us to employ the folks that keep your facilities safe and clean. We are very aware that some people might be experiencing financial hardship due to changes in employment from the Coronavirus containment efforts.  Here are a couple of things we are doing to help with that.

• We are doing a quick survey of all Residents to get a better understanding of the quarantine impact.  By completing the following survey by March 30th, we will issue you a $15 credit towards April’s rent.  (Click the link here to fill out the survey)
• For those whose employment has been affected by the Coronavirus, we have a couple of options that can help stretch your monthly budget.  Please reach out to us with something official from your employer that shows how you were affected and we can start a conversation.
